V4VoIP installed an intelligent PBX system which allowed the client to port their existing numbers over and increase their current extension capacity from 4 lines to 8 with no added costs, the client also had the ability to expand further. |
In addition to the PBX system, the client also selected to use the all-in-one presence management tool (HUD) allowing all employees to control business communications from their desktops. This sophisticated software empowers it’s users with companywide visibility and information on the presence of every colleague making it easier to interact with one another via a single simple interface.

Top Gear Cars – Taxi Company |
Prior to deploying IP-PBX, Top Gear Cars maintained one small central office with 10 analog phone lines for all inbound phone calls. Top Gear also had 10 remote phone numbers with local prefixes that were forwarded to the central office. Because there was not enough bandwidth for all taxi requests; customers often received a busy signal that resulted in a loss of business. |
